Strata #3 is the newest release in the Strata series, a rotating series of limited blends.

A sweet and fruit forward espresso blend featuring the jammy berry character of a natural process Nicaraguan and the deep caramelized sweetness of a washed Colombian. Expect layers of berry compote, chocolate fudge, and caramel with a smooth, syrupy finish. We have a limited amount of this blend so act fast

• Origin: Jinotega Nicaragua, Pitalito, Huila Colombia.
• Elevation: Nicaragua 1300-1500 MASL, Colombia 1800 MASL.
• Varietals: Nicaragua: Caturra, Catuai. Colombia: Caturra
• Process: Natural and Washed.
• Tasting Notes: Dark Caramel, Red Berries, Fudge
