You asked, and we delivered — our first medium-dark roast.

This coffee comes from San José de Lourdes, Peru. When searching for the right coffee to take on our first journey to the darker side of roasting, we wanted something that still preserved its origin character. We think this Peruvian coffee hits the mark.

In the cup, expect notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and nuttiness, with a raisin-like finish.
