Papua New Guinea Arufa AX Natural

Our first offering from Papua New Guinea comes from Arufa in Jiwaka Province. While PNG is best known for washed coffees, we were excited to get our hands on this natural process lot, something less commonly seen from the region.

If you’re a fan of Ethiopian naturals, this one will feel right at home. In the cup, expect vibrant raspberry jam, a rich brown sugar sweetness, and a clean finish of cacao nibs.
