Kenya Natural Ndiaini Factory

Finding a natural process coffee from Kenya isn't easy, as the country is much better known for its washed coffees. This particular offering is a high-intervention natural from Nyeri, Kenya, produced by smallholder farmers associated with the Ndiaini Factory.

As big fans of naturally processed coffees, we were incredibly excited to get our hands on this one. After harvesting, ripe coffee cherries were delivered to the Ndiaini Factory, where they were sealed in food-grade airtight bags for 24–72 hours before being dried on raised beds for approximately one month.

In the cup, we're getting notes of Chocolate, Strawberry, Peach, and Graham. An absolute stunner of a coffee!
