Our medium-dark roast comes from Guatemala through Covoya’s Café Delas program, an initiative dedicated to supporting women coffee producers.

Covoya goes beyond standard sourcing by providing direct outreach, agricultural education, and leadership training to equip women as key decision-makers in their communities. In addition to these resources, the program ensures producers are paid a direct premium for their harvest. We are proud to support this initiative and add a second women-produced coffee to our lineup.

Roasted medium-dark, this coffee delivers a heavy body with rich, comforting flavors.
