Colombia Finca El Marchito 120 Hour Anaerobic Washed

This coffee was produced by Justiniano Paya at his farm, El Marchito, using the Colombia variety. After selective harvesting of only the ripest cherries, the coffee underwent a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. Following fermentation, the coffee was fully washed and then dried under shade to ensure even and controlled moisture reduction. The resulting cup is vibrant yet refined, with a complex flavor profile featuring notes of citrus, orange blossom, florals, and tropical fruit. An expressive and clean profile well-suited for warm weather.
