1st Anniversary Colombia Honey process Gesha

For our 1st anniversary release, it only made sense to feature another coffee from Colombia.

For this special release, we selected a Honey Process Gesha from producers Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso at La Terraza Farm. The Gesha variety originated in southwestern Ethiopia and is celebrated for its intensely floral, aromatic profile.

This honey process highlights a rich, natural sweetness, think brown sugar and honey, while preserving the variety’s signature bright florals and delicate herbal notes. The result is a beautifully layered cup that balances elegance, sweetness, and clarity.
