Andrés Cardona Purple Honey

Purple Honey comes from producer Andres Cardona, and this particular lot is truly spectacular. It is a natural-process coffee that undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in sealed tanks with the addition of sugarcane honey.

Andres is widely known for his experimental fermentation techniques, and this coffee is a perfect showcase of his craft. The resulting cup is unbelievably flavorful and complex. We get big notes of raspberry, blueberry, fudge, and port wine, making this an incredibly special release.
