Red Sunset is another absolute stunner from producer Andrés Cardona.

This anaerobic semi-washed coffee undergoes a unique 72-hour fermentation in sealed tanks, with the addition of concentrated coffee cherry juice saved from previous batches.

If we could bottle up summer and pour it into a cup, this would be it.

Expect notes of strawberry punch, watermelon, and delicate florals, all wrapping up with a lingering, sweet finish.

This is the exact coffee we want to drink all summer long.

With over 2 weeks rest this was a really nice anaerobic without too much funk. Nice watermelon notes and a fun change in profile as the cup cools. This was my first purchase from Everkind, it was great to meet the owner in Gorham and so glad I grabbed this bag. Looking forward to trying more soon!
